Store Policies and Procedures

• If you are bringing in a firearm for gunsmithing or any other purposes, make sure the firearm is unloaded and maintain proper muzzle discipline
• Gunsmithing, Transfers, and firearm purchases all require a valid state ID
• Cases for firearms are not required to enter the store, but are recommended. 

• Texas License to Carry holders, Law Enforcement Officers with a letter from their command, and NFA items with a tax stamp are exempt from the NICS background check

• Transferring handguns to non Texas residents is prohibited, unless you are a service member with PCS orders. 
• Long guns can be transferred to an out of state resident, as long as the rifle is compliant with both the resident's state and Texas laws. 

• When we receive a transfer it takes 1 - 2 hours to get everything processed and ready for pickup
• We notify via email once a firearm is ready for pickup

• We do not transfer firearms without a proceed when utilizing a NICS background check. We do not transfer firearms one the Brady date.

We only sell body armor to individuals possessing a valid Texas License to Carry or a valid professional credential, such as a police badge.
